Are your products 100% organic?
All of our products are formulated using Certified Organic or Wildcrafted plants, herbs, and oils. Although, our products are crafted using organic ingredients, actual products have not been registered as Certified Organic, yet! Due to the short shelf life of organic plant material, some of our products do contain natural plant derived preservatives. Please check the back of our labels and/or the product's ingredients menu online to see which ingredients are organic, denoted by the asterisk (*) mark. We can safely say that no parabens, phalates, artificial dyes, coloring, fragrances, or animal testing is used in the making of our products.
Please Note: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases. If you have a pre-existing condition, please consult your doctor before using our products. We recommend patch testing each product before using. Cloverdale Organics is not liable in the event of an allergic reaction to any particular ingredient. Products are not to be used on babies, children, or pets. If you are pregnant or lactating, please consult your doctor before using our products.
What is the shelf life of your products?
All of our products have a shelf life of at least one year, although we suggest use within 6 months of purchase date for most effective results. Due to the organic plant based nature of our products, we recommend refrigerating after opening to maintain freshness and extend the shelf life beyond one year.
What is your return policy?
Our products are so awesome, why would you ever want to return them!?
At the moment we have no way of guaranteeing that returned items have not been opened, contaminated, or tampered with. For this reason we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We just want to make sure we're providing you with the highest quality products possible!

my order arrived damaged, what should I do?
We take extra special time to make sure your products are lovingly packaged and shipped with care! Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the postal service will use the same love and care during shipping. Trust us, we know from personal experiences! Should your product arrive damaged, send us an email with a photo of your damaged product through our Contact page. We'll promptly arrange to ship out a replacement!
